  1. How do I make changes to my donation amount, change my credit card or cancel my donation?

    Donorbox: Sign in to your Donorbox account and follow the menus.
    Zelle: Sign in to your banking institution's account where you set up Zelle and follow the instructions provided there.


  2. Is this site secure?

    Yes, Donorbox uses SSL/TLS encryption technology and follows PCI-compliant standards. For more information on Donorbox security, please see their website (here).

    Zelle is offered through most U.S. banking institutions and uses security features like authentication and monitoring to help keep Zelle payments secure. You can protect yourself from Zelle scams by being wary of unsolicited requests for money and by reporting suspicious activity.

    • Only use Zelle with people you trust
    • Don't respond to unsolicited requests for money
    • Don't give out security codes to anyone who calls or texts you
    • If you receive a fraud alert, call your bank directly using a known phone number
    • Report suspicious activity to your bank

  3. Are my donations private?

    Yes, your financial information and donations are private. No churches or individuals from your church will have access to your financial and/or donation information.


  4. Are my donations tax deductible?

    Yes, this site is coordinated by the Church in Knoxville which is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.


  5. Will I receive an end of the year acknowledgment letter for tax-purposes?

    No, however, if you use Donorbox, you can view your donations history under the "Donations" tab. If using Zelle, you can sort by "Southeastchurches@gmail.com."


  6. What name should I expect to see on my credit/bank account?

    Your credit/bank account will show a giving received from the Lord's Move to Europe - Southeast Churches or the Church in Knoxville for the amount you contributed.
